Steve King and I would like to meet and discuss our lien/plat filing situation with both of you and probably the City attorney. We believe we have procedurally followed the “correct”
contract process and that the lien will be removed according to the law shortly. 

 

Carmen, could you arrange a meeting for this afternoon or tomorrow morning/early afternoon? I apologize for being so pushy but time is of the essence; we have scheduled closing within
a few days now and we cannot afford delays.
