Below are our responses in red to the building inspections comments, and attached are the associated sheets:

 

1.       Special inspector required for structural elements and wind turbine installation. – Noted

2.       All construction shall comply with 2006 IEEC.  Submit Com-ck sheets for elec, plmb, mech and building envelope showing compliance. – Final signed Com-ck sheets was submitted
via e-mail to you this morning.

3.       All glazing shall comply with CH 24 2006 IBC. – The specified glazing is in compliance with 2006 IBC.  Please see attached Spec Section 08800.

4.       Elec riser diagram on Sheet EP-3 doesn’t show size of pipe or grounding electrode system. – Items now shown, see attached Sheet EP-3

5.       Sheet EP-3 shows panel LA with 225 amp protection and Sheet E-5 shows 600 amps. – Sheets EP-3 and E-5 now coordinated, see attached sheets.

6.       Where will power company pad mount transformer be located? – Location now shown on site plan, see attached Sheet E-2, note 11.

7.       Lighting control panel not shown on all floor plans. – Lighting panel now shown on floor plans, see attached Sheets E-3 and EP-2.

8.       Panic hardware required on both exits. – Panic hardware specified for both exit doors.  See attached Spec Section 08710.
