Please see attached showing available dimensions in that location we looked at in the field the other day for the pad mounted transformer.  The dark X’s on the exhibit represent where
the fence is to be constructed, and the property line to the right is where that building is.

 

Based upon this, we will have 12’ or greater for at least 18.5’ length, between the building and the back of curb.  If the 114 inch pad is required, it looks like there is adequate room.
