Aaron Redder is coming by after lunch to drop off the 5 sets of plans/specs and CD of them, with y’all.  Our plan is to give those to Clay, since the advertisement lists him as the point
of contact.  Please let us know if they are supposed to go to someone other than Clay.

 

Also, I am starting to put together a list of items that would need to go on an addendum, and we can speak more about that after our phone conference with Mary-Jo Monday.  A couple of
items so far:

 

1.       Clay’s markups on the electrical site plan for the street lights and wiring diagram

2.       CBI e-mailed and asked if the bid opening date could be delayed some.  I told him I would visit with you to discuss.  My understanding is that the critical path is to make sure
we have the recommendation of construction contract award for the February 22 Council meeting.  What flexibility is there with Council packets on this?  Could we have it on the agenda,
open the bids on February 16 to give the bidders a few extra days, and get the recommendation of award letter to Council Members by Friday February 18?
