One question that Jerry had at our last meeting was whether there could be stairs in the equipment room up to the mezzanine level where the turbine inverters and disconnects will be.
 WRA took a look at this to see if there will be room for the ladder, and they were unable to find a way to make it fit.  The approx. max rise you can go with a single stair run is 12'-0"
before you need to provide a flat landing then begin your rise again.  We would need to go 16 feet to access the mezzanine level; so we could not just do a single run.  There will not
be enough room for this plus all the equipment the room will need to contain.
