Him saying we just have to get over it and wait until he's good and ready to give us information in 2012 when the installation occurs is not acceptable. I feel he has been non-responsive this whole project, and giving us this kind of line isn't acceptable if he is interested in this project. Is he interested in this project? If not, then maybe we need to do something different. He has responded to no phone calls other than yours. When someone such as Nancy calls him, and he has the opportunity to sell the Town several hundred thousand dollars worth of equipment, I would think he would be responsive, but he has not. We are evaluating Monday which direction we are going with SECO. If Tony plans to be part of this project, I would recommend that he get engaged immediately and be responsive. The first thing he needs to do is to return Nancy's call that she left him months ago, and he needs to do this Monday. He needs to explain how he intends to give the Town the information they need, and do it in a timely manner. Flippantly saying that SECO will just have to rely on Tony's letter for documentation has already been denied by SECO. Maybe there are good, acceptable reasons for what's going on with the information, but him being non-responsive to the Town inspires no confidence in this whatsoever. I was also told by one of the tank manufacturers that he wouldn't call them back either. Please get with Tony and get him engaged in this process and get him to call Nancy so we can move forward with things. I need to hear back from you on this Monday as to his interest in this project. ________________________________________ From: Joseph Willix [jwillix@swgenergy.com] Sent: Saturday, February 05, 2011 12:29 PM To: Ron King Subject: Pre Bid and SECO Meeting Ron, It was unfortunate that we could not have the Pre Bid Meeting or the SECO discussion meeting due to the weather. This week the week of Feb 7 we are scheduled to attend the SunPower Dealer Conference in Arizona so I will not be available from Monday thru Thursday. If there are any questions that arise out of the Pre-Bid Meeting or SECO discussion meeting, I will be available to respond to any questions. I have been in touch with Orville Earhart from CBI and also Ken Cardwell from Landmark. We will be providing our bid to both of them. Regarding SECO and Cleanfield Energy US Manufacturing, Tony reports that they are in the process of setting up a US Corporation and also working on the manufacturing contracts with both of the manufacturing facilities. All of which are in progress. Since the installation does not take place until early 2012 SECO will have to rely on the documentation already provided in Tony's letter. He will also provide other contracts and documentation as they are available. Best regards, Joe Willix SWG Energy 214-870-4332 Please consider the environment before printing this message.
