Subject: RE: Elevated Water Storage Arapaho at Surveyor
Larry,
Attached is both the Letter of Agreement and the Load Requirements form. They are not executed due to the following issue:
The Town of Addison is adding wind turbines to the top of the water tower. The plan was to use power from the grid when the turbines are not spinning and then recharge the grid when
the turbines are spinning. This would avoid the added cost and maintenance associated with storing the electricity generated by the wind turbines for when it is needed. However, this
is not mentioned in the agreement. Is there a way to add this condition to the agreement and does the power we expect to generate need to be documented in the Load Requirements Form?
We appreciate your assistance with this issue.
Thanks,
Clay Barnett, P.E.

Subject: Elevated Water Storage Arapaho at Surveyor
Clay,
Here is the LOA for the electric service to the elevated water storage at Arapaho and Surveyor. To obtain the service as requested we will change out the transformer that is across the
street from this project as we spoke about at the site meeting. It also requires an easement on the site where the transformer is going to be set on the property as well. This cost is
with the customer’s contractor doing the civil work on the project as well.
I will need a set of load forms that are signed before I am able to approve this job, the set I have is not signed.
