Ok, thanks Matthew. Please let me know what those costs would be, and then we can come to a final decision on this. Thanks, Ron King, P.E. Are there any conflicts or changes to what you've already constructed? Some items to consider: 1. Are there any water service or irrigation sleeves that you’ve already installed that will have to be moved? [Wiatrek, Matthew] All sleeves thru the concrete pedestal have been installed. I don’t believe proposed changes will have any impact on sleeves. 2. Are there any electrical conduits per Sheet E-10 that you’ve already installed that will have to be moved? [Wiatrek, Matthew] No work on Sheet E-10 has taken place. 3. Are there any electrical conduits for the light pole and card reader that you’ve already installed that will have to be moved? [Wiatrek, Matthew] No exterior underground conduits have been installed. 4. If the fire hydrant location needs to be adjusted, I propose to do this via 6” x 45-degree bends, which can be paid for using the per ton bid item. [Wiatrek, Matthew] I will need to confirm this with my utility subcontractor. 5. Will need to coordinate the location of the fence bend to allow perpendicular gates at the sidewalk and driveway, but also avoid puncturing the 24” water main with the post. This coordination will need to be done for whichever location the fence ends up anyway. [Wiatrek, Matthew] OK 6. Will need to coordinate the locations of the fence posts to avoid conflict with the water service lines. This coordination will need to be done for whichever location the fence ends up anyway. [Wiatrek, Matthew] OK [Wiatrek, Matthew] It seems doable with a small amount of additional costs. Thanks, Ron King, P.E.
