Please see the revised final plat for the Addison Water Station Addition (Surveyor EST Final Plat). Also, attached are the 2 deeds and the closure worksheet that were requested. The
official deeds list the City of Addison as owner at Dallas County, but will now show Town of Addison as the “new owner” if you may after the plat is filed at the County. We have now
addressed all comments provided by Clay and the Town at this time.
Please let us know once you have done a final review and are comfortable with the plat.
We will submit the 18 copies of the plat for the application deadline of 4/26 once we hear back from the Town.
Please call me or email me with any remaining comments or questions.
