We also noticed that F601 was put in where the man-door opening is to go, but your shop drawing says not to put it there. It could be that the one that was put in the man-door location should have gone outside of it, and you would have had the correct 24” spacing between Piers 3 and 4. We expressed this concern to Ron Mathis, but did not get a clear indication from him as to what is going to be done. Please take a look into this and provide confirmation of the shop drawing intent, and what is needed to be done to correct the spacing issue.
