We have received City Council authorization for the SECO Stimulus Contract pending City Manager approval.   There are a few details I need to clarify/ ask you to modify so we can sign
and send it in.  I am going to scan my hoped (and send under next e-mail) for mark-up and see if you are ok.  

 

1.       On Attachment A – we are proposing 8 UGE wind turbines on top (they are larger and produce more energy than the 10 Cleanfield turbines) plus one demo wind turbine.  

2.       Attachment A – schedule – we plan to have the wind turbines on the top of the water tower , functioning and approved by you before the end of February.  They will be able to
be monitored remotely.   Deliverable 1 lists January 2012 and we thought we had until February 22nd to complete everything and let you look at it etc.  Is this okay?  That is the schedule
the contractor is on also.

 

I am going to Mexico for a week (not sure about e-mail) and then New Mexico for a week.  Jessica is out  next week also.   So, I am copying Clay Barnett who is filling in for me.  If
you ok this, he can get it signed and mailed it in and authorize the contractor to order the wind turbines.
