Please see e-mail below from FAA on your revised obstruction height proposal. I have also attached their official notification letter, which says they have to do a public notification
period, and the structure is now considered a significant hazard.
We will need to see FAA clearance before we can provide final approval on the wind turbine units. If the shop drawings you are sending us are acceptable, our acceptance will have to
have the stipulation that it is pending FAA clearance.
