I do think we need to save the tree. The public right-of-way for Surveyor is available for use if needed. My only concern with the current plans is with the angle at which the ADA ramp meets the curb return. We generally aim these straight across the driveway in order to avoid aiming someone with disabilities toward oncoming traffic. Could you have a look at it and see if this can be addressed?
