Please find attached a scan of the TCEQ formal letter of approval to construct the Surveyor elevated storage tank.  They had sent us a draft letter of approval, and have now followed
up with their formal letter.

I plan to call the TCEQ Region 4 Office per the letter to let them know if the planned start of construction on March 1.
