I just spoke with Tim Mills, and they now plan to have their qualifications package to me Friday.  I told him that we would also likely want to tour some of Caldwell’s tanks before making
a decision.  He told me that the closest one under construction is in Royce City, and the closest one that is completed is in Grandbury.  They will send us contact information with their
package.

 

We also were looking at having the meeting on the SECO alternate plan early next week, so I would like to suggest the following schedule:

 

1.       Tour of Caldwell tanks on Monday 1-31-11

2.       Meeting with Joe and Eric on SECO options on Tuesday 2-1-11 (suggest having this discussion before we have the pre-bid meeting on Wed 2-2-11)

 

Please let me know if this would be favorable with your schedule.
