I have an interpretation for you on the renovation of the pool.  My understanding is that the pool can renovated.  However, the renovation cannot include:

1.	raising the deck of the pool higher than its current elevation,
2.	increasing the size of the pool,
3.	changing the location of the fence protecting the pool to where it encompasses more area.

 

This is assuming that Dallas Floodplain Management does not express any additional concerns with the renovation of the pool.
