Thank you for meeting with us in the parking lot on Friday. You clarified what needs to be done.

Regarding the water drainage that is coming out of the southern driveway and flowing into Airborn, we discussed putting in a small speed bump to divert the water across the parking lot.
I’ve enclosed a photo of an example of a bump that would divert the water to go east on the property towards the retention pond. Would something like this be sufficient?
