We require one set of mylars and a CD containing PDFs and AutoCAD drawings.  The recorded plat must be included in the plan set.

I understand that we need to submit "as-built" utility plan information to your office.  We have prepared the plans, based on the contractor's mark-ups, but I need some help on submittal
format.  Do you want hard copies?  Original signatures? Electronic copies?  Both?
