Jim, Carmen Moran is the Planning Director and will handle the platting aspect of the project. I believe it is five paper originals and one mylar, but she can confirm that for you. Once both owners have signed the plat, it is brought to the Town of Addison for signature by the Mayor and City Secretary and then sent to Dallas County for recording. Glen, the civil engineer, has addressed the easement issue that you had mentioned and I think we are ready to get the plat signed. Does this plat need to be on mylar? If I understand correctly, the owner will print out the plat on mylar, sign the mylar and have its neighbor sign the mylar as well. Then the owner will bring the signed plat to the city. Is this correct? On another note, the NOI should be filed today. So we will be able to give you a copy at the time of the pre-con. Thanks for all your help.
