Hi Wendy,

 

I do have a final landscape plan dated 3/21/08 stamped by Herb Meeks, a licensed landscape architect, but the irrigation plan does need to be stamped by a Texas licensed irrigator. 
The irrigation plan only needs to be stamped by a licensed irrigator.

plan or advise me how to proceed.   

 

Regarding the irrigation plan, does it need to have the seal of the landscape architect, the licensed irrigator or both?
