The Developers Agreement states that there are some additional items required for final payment.  They are as follows:

 

1.	A letter from the engineer for the project stating that the improvements were constructed according to plan.
2.	Written confirmation from the contractor that the improvements comply with all rules and regulations of the United States, State of Texas, etc.

 

Please forward these to be included in the documentation for final payment.
