Below is the message I would like to send the developer’s engineer:

 

Shannon,

 

Our staff is reviewing the submittal you made regarding the drainage and fill plan for the Bankston property.  We have also requested a third party engineer that frequently assists us
review the hydraulics also.  We anticipate having a response to your submittal back to you by two weeks after your submittal (should be sometime the middle of next week) and appreciate
your prompt response to our questions.

 

Please remember that once these engineering issues are resolved, that full engineering plans will still need to be submitted before construction can begin on the improvements.
