Here's a brief recap of what ARS will prepare as a result of our meeting today:
 
ROADWAY ALIGNMENT
 
The town will have their consultant send us their sketch of "smoothing" out the westbound thru lanes to remove a P.I. in the intersection as well as the eastbound taper back to existing.
 
DRAINAGE DESIGN
 
ARS will revise the ROW based on copy given to us at today's meeting. We will then determine the existing 3 - 36" RCP slope under Keller Springs, remove the headwalls and RCB's as currently
shown and extend the 3 - 36" RCP's with a standard headwall within the corrected ROW line. We will calculate the slope of the new RCP and determine the CFS of both the existing and proposed
to see if this will work. If they do ARS will propose that Dallas County and the Town of Addison get a slope easement, letter of permission to enter or construction easement to re-grade
the existing swales to drain to this headwall. This will be presented first as an exhibit for comments and suggestions prior to revising the plans. 
 
Once these two issues have been resolved ARS will revise the plans accordingly and make a 98% submittal for review and comment. Thanks
