Clay, were proposing to put a sloping Inlet Type S  on the east to collect the drainage from this direction.  Similar to the previous design, but the difference will be that we will
be within the ROW and that we will tie into the one of the 36" pipe vs the junction box we were proposing before

Good Morning all.  

 

Thank for the insight on this matter.  I have enclosed a pdf plan view markup of what we are proposing to design.  Due to the fact that we were able to use some of the utility(etc) easement,
we were able to eliminate one alternative and work within what we have to develop this one.  Please review and if there aren't any additional comments, we will proceed with developing
profiles, drainage calculation and grading for this alternative enclosed.

While looking at two alternative that we can present in which we relocate the 3-36" pipe, I want to confirm what is currently aquired as drainage easement.  Enclosed is a pdf of the
Southeast corner of Keller Springs.  I have boxed the areas in question, and the clouded comment is the note that sparked this question.  If the answer is yes, I am confident that we
will be able to get the drainage structure in without addition easement.

We do not want to relocate the tower.  Please use the easement option if needed.  There is already an easement adjacent to that location.  The plat is recorded in Instrument No. 20080022312.
 I have attached a copy of the plat obtained from the county’s website to this email.
