The cross hatched area is just a drainage easement.  The shaded area is a drainage easement along with a lot of other stuff.

While looking at two alternative that we can present in which we relocate the 3-36" pipe, I want to confirm what is currently aquired as drainage easement.  Enclosed is a pdf of the
Southeast corner of Keller Springs.  I have boxed the areas in question, and the clouded comment is the note that sparked this question.  If the answer is yes, I am confident that we
will be able to get the drainage structure in without addition easement.

We do not want to relocate the tower.  Please use the easement option if needed.  There is already an easement adjacent to that location.  The plat is recorded in Instrument No. 20080022312.
 I have attached a copy of the plat obtained from the county’s website to this email.

As you can see trying to keep the pipe extensions and headwall inside the drainage easement they are in conflict with the existing transmission tower. Either we move the tower or we
