rib, Here is what I have marked up for reusing the existing post - let me know your thoughts. As for the ADA comment it was agreed upon during 65% review comments that we were just re building this corner as it is today and would not worry about it. If we have to then ROW becomes an issue which we all agreed we did not want to do on the north side of Keller Springs. Again let me know. Thanks Bill William A. There was only one 100% review comment where I could not verify completion. See comment below. Sheet 14. EMP 14 MAINT 12 Sign 2 is mounted on a "P" post. The post can be unbolted from the foundation and relocated to a new foundation. Agree Will add note that existing post is "P" and sign and post to be relocated with new base/foundation SB I did not find this note in the plans. Please check. Also, there was several review comments dealing with ADA requirements regarding the sidewalk on the north side being located so close to the existing planters (Keller Springs between 8+00 & 9+00). You responded that you would discuss the issue with the Town and County. I did not see any changes to the sidewalk or planters in this submittal. Can you let me know your final thoughts on the planters and ADA compliance. Once these two issues are addressed, preparation of signed and sealed plans can begin. Thanks, Rob Kouba, P.E. No one on the review team has an issue with your responses and a resolution meeting in not needed. Please revise the plans per your responses and submit a paper set to me with a final cost estimate. I will verify that the plans reflect your responses. The verification set does not need to include standard drawings. If you could have the revised set of plans to me in two weeks (week ending March 4th), it would be appreciated. Let me know if you’re able to meet this deadline. I'll get someone on this early next week and keep you informed of our progress BUT we should be able to get these to you in a couple of weeks. Once I’ve verified the set of plans, you can produce a set of signed and sealed drawings. This needs to be done before the end of March when your contract with the NTTA expires. again after you have verifed our revisions it will just be final touchups and then plotting mylars. I will coordinate with John and Clay about specifications and other needs to complete a bid package. Just let me know so I can plan accordingly!
