In an effort to try to complete design, I am suggesting that we have a project meeting to include the City third party reviewer (Grantham & Associates) to try to work out the more significant
comments which may be holding things up. We had been meeting on Fridays in the morning. I am going to initially suggest Friday, 6/4, 9:00 A.M. at Addison or sometime else during that
week. Please let me know when you're available/not available and we'll try to set something up.
