Just checking in on the status of the plans. I also think we need to go ahead and set the next meeting even if it's just to get a project update along with discussing agreements.

I know we had set today/Monday as the milestone for this submittal but we are still working thru some of the drainage issues and subsequent signalization and grading related ones as
well. I would like to say this would be completed by next Friday but the signalization will take some time after we have set the final drainage inlets/headwalls. I would like to set
Oct. 2nd - Friday as our new deadline. We will do everything possible to complete our work before then but I feel this will leave us some time to adequately prepare our design. plans
and estimates. Thanks.
