Carmen I reviewed the Bankston plans and they look good; however, they do not show any screening material along the east side of the site.  I assume they are going to leave the chain
link fencing, so you will be able to see all of the cars in the parking lot when driving westbound.

 

Do you think we should require them to irrigate and use evergreen shrubs to screen the parking lot?  

 

The plans exceeds the 10% requirement, but our ordinance does call for perimeter screening, but I don’t know if they have enough room.  They have a few feet outside the fence according
to the plans.   Does the Town control the lot on the east side?
