Dave,
Could you pull plans on the lines shown on this sheet? This is for the project on Lindbergh that was sent earlier, but this better defines the items needed.
Thanks,

Clay,
Per our phone conversation, attached is a pdf showing the Airport drainage system we need for our analysis (Line P1 and P2 on the SWMM Work Map.pdf). Also, we will not need the Arapaho
stormsewer system plans if the City is ok with our sensitivity analysis. Basically the analysis show the starting HGL would need to be 4.05' above the top of Midway Road before it would
affect our site. I've attached the section from our report regarding the Sensitivity Analysis.
We obtained a copy of Mr. Nave's files. However, there were not as-built plans in his files for the needed stormsewer systems.
As we discussed, we will be submitting the Drainage report on Monday or Tuesday. Please continue to move forward with our data requests and we will incorporate any new information with
the next round of comments as required.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Ryan

Ryan,
I am working on getting the amount of impervious cover required for an EMAS system. I will forward that as soon as it is available.
Our Public Works Inspector is working on compiling the record drawings you requested. Since we do not have a GIS system, they must be compiled by hand, which is extremely labor intensive.
Alternatively, these were give to Shannon Nave. Would it be possible to get them from them? We could then just supplement with the plans for Midway and Arapaho.
I will respond to the previous email regarding the sensitivity analysis.
If you have any additional questions, please let me know.
Thanks,

All...
Attached is the meeting minutes updated per comments. Also I'd like to follow up on our request for information regarding action items 1 through 3 of the meeting minutes. We need the
impervious area Nancy mentioned and the as-built plans for the southern airport drainage system crossing Lindbergh Drive. We also need the as-built plans for Arapaho if our preliminary
sensitivity analysis is not acceptable to the City (the sensitivity analysis, if accepted, would be fully documented in the report). Please let me know if you have any questions or would
like to discuss further.
