Thanks for taking the time to talk to me this morning.  We have been contacted by AutoNation to review the existing on-site flooding and propose potential on-site mitigation measures
that minimize the extent of flooding with the limits of the property located at 4300 Lindberg Dr.

 

We would like to meet with the Town of Addison to discuss the changes that we propose as part of this project.

 

The agenda for the meeting includes the following:

 

1.       Discussion of preliminary ideas to reduce impact of flooding on the property by proposing on-site changes (including raising the parking lot)

2.       Understanding Town of Addison’s view on the proposed improvements.

3.       Other concerns regarding the project.

4.       Permitting the project

 

People in attendance from our side will be myself and Mr. Hong Chen (Architect & Project Manager) of Multatech, located at 2821 West 7th Street, Suite 400, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
