The XPSWMM 2D analysis that Halff performed on this site was based on info from Shannon Naves' study and has not been QAQCed internally.  The main thing that we were trying to do is
determine what was happening at the north end of the site and along Lindbergh to the west.  I think that Shannon would have come to the same conclusions had he extended his study thru
Lindbergh and to the north a sufficient distance.
