Also, we took a look at the quick 2D drainage analysis that we did for this area and we think that as much as 180 cfs may be flowing across the site under the existing condition. This would be the target for conveyance mitigation for your proposed project as Clay mentioned. In addition to providing /preserving the conveyance, you must make sure that the floodwaters that are blocked by your proposed project can enter the additional proposed conveyance system. We also discuss that a better connection is needed at the southeast corner of the proposed project to transition the blocked flows into the existing drainage ditch parallel to the railroad. You should check storage volumes and preserve the amount of floodwater volume that the existing site stores based on a 100-year storm event, also discussed at the meeting. As discussed at the meeting, if these comments can be successfully addressed, we think that this project can be implemented to accomplish your clients' goals without negative impacts to neighboring properties.
