Clay, a couple of comments:

 

·         there is a reference in paragraph 2.c. to “attached language” but that language was not attached; based on the comment, I assume that some language regarding the limits of
the detention area will be added to the face of the plat.

 

·         in our conversation on Wednesday of this week, I understood that the electric lines on the property will need to be located underground, and didn’t know if that needed to be
addressed in this letter or if is being addressed in another way.

 

·         As we’ve discussed, I assume that these comments are typical of the type of comments we would make to any other property owner that might own land in the same location.
