Bruce,
So you know and in case you are available to attend:  we hired Walter
Skipwith with Halff Assoc. to look at the drainage study by Bankston.
They have many of the same comments as you and more.  We are meeting
tomorrow afternoon ( Monday) to discuss and hopefully determine what it
is they can build.
It will hopefully be a brainstorming session with Shannon.
