In light of our meeting this afternoon, I wanted to send everyone copies of the notice letters that were mailed to DART, Regional Rail Right-Of-Way, Sprint, and Explorer Pipeline.  Copies
of the letters are attached. The letters were mailed via certified mail on July 19, 2011. We received three signed green cards, which is proof of delivery.  The letter to Explorer was
returned "undeliverable."  Ten days later, we mailed a copy to Robert Wilde of Explorer Pipeline in Euless. That letter was delivered.
