Attached is the water sample test report as provided by the Lewisville Water Testing Lab.  Apparently they made an error in recording their findings on the report & have issued a letter
stating the corrections made.  This is to indicate the samples are passed.  Please forward these documents to the Town of Addison as needed for their records.
