We are in receipt of a check in the amount of $50,000 from Rogers O’Brien Construction Co., Ltd.  As agreed to, the Town of Addison will deposit this check.  When the items on the punchlist
are complete and have been verify, Rogers O’Brien Construction Co., Ltd. can submit for reimbursement of the $50,000.
