Johnathon, After we walked I noticed we did not look in the storm sewer inlets. Specifically, the inlet in back at the screen wall that was – and still is - holding water. This was identified on 9/16, and shows up on the photograph just above Item 15 (pg. 10) on the 9/17 list. It appears that this inlet will require some invert work to force the flow to the outlet. The other inlet is the far north inlet at the decel lane on Dallas Parkway. This inlet has two outlets, but still retains water. It appears that some invert work to force flow to one or both outlets is required. This was also identified on the 9/16 inspection. One other question concerns the temporary curb ramp on Addison Rd. Will that be used in the future? If not, it should be removed from the flow-line of the curb on northbound Addison Rd. David E. All items on the Town issued punch list dated 9-17-10 were signed off on with the exception of item 13. 2. Item 13 was verified to be installed per plan as stated on the punch list. Dave Wilde stated that the bottom of the man hole must be brought up to be even with the flow lines of the two inlet pipes. Further coordination will be required before this will be performed. Please let me know if you are available to meet with the subcontractor on 11-16-10. 3. Oncor to move the guy wire on the temporary power pole on Addison Rd. to be clear of the fire hydrant. 4. Clean up the landscaping where Oncor pulled their pole at the North entrance on Addison Rd. 5. Rout and seal cracks in the pavement on the South end of the acceleration lane on Dallas Parkway. 6. Backfill around valve stacks on the South side of Sojourn. 7. Remove ponding water from the lot on the South side of Sojourn and create a means for the water to drain in the future.
