Attached is the punchlist generated by Public Works.  The only life and safety item is Item 4 regarding replacing the mutual inductance loop for the traffic signal.  This needs to be
completed prior to issuing a CO.  This was discussed at the walkthough.

 

Additionally, we need some insurance (preferably in the form of a check) that will guarantee the completion of the remaining items.

 

If these two conditions are met, Public Works is prepared to issue a full CO for the facility.

Please send me the status of your departments position with regard to the issuance of a FULL certificate of occupancy for the Methodist Hospital for Surgery  at 17101 Dallas Parkway
-- ASAP.

 

If your department has any items that would prevent the issuance of a FULL C of O  on the 28th of September,  please have someone in your department provide me a detailed list of those
items needing to be corrected no later then the 22 of September - via Email.  

 

NOTE   –  I will be  forwarding  your list directly to the General Contractor and the building owners.
