You are clear to proceed with the installation of the cross this Saturday.  The water will be off at precisely 8:00am.  Please have the fittings ready to be placed at that time.  Ideally,
we would like to see the traffic control installed today.  By tomorrow or Friday at the latest, the existing tee should be exposed.  Do you have an estimate of the amount of time involved
in the installation?

 

With TCA out of school for the remainder of the week and Two Rows temporarily out of business, it is imperative that we complete this work this weekend.

 

If you foresee any complications, please let me know.

I understand the City has confirmed there is no need to change the current proposed water main connection design at the intersection of Sojourn & Addison Rd.  Based on the current design,
attached is our proposed barricade plan as needed for traffic control at this intersection. Please review this & let us know if acceptable or if changes will be required.  

 

Also, we talked today about the possibility of making these connections this weekend.  In the event it is approved, I have made arrangements for the material & barricades needed at the
water connections to arrive at the site Friday.  If it is at all possible to confirm whether acceptable to proceed with the work this weekend by the end of Wednesday, 9/30, it would
be greatly appreciated.  We will need enough time to confirm suppliers on call, crew overtime is minimized, & field management is available.
