I have put in a request to our supplier.  4200 PSI would cost more than we expected to have to use.  I know we were told back at the original meeting in Sept that the final pavement
would need to be per the City of Allen specification document for pavement replacement with Asphalt overlay.  Their specification is 3600 PSI, not 4200 PSI.

We are proposing the attached “high early” mix design for pavement replacement in Addison Road.  Please review the attached &  let us know is acceptable to proceed.  If approved today,
