Only the storm sewer system in the public right-of-way needs to be included.  The detention area is not required to be included.  What is missing is the paving at the drive approaches
and the right turn lane at Sojoun and Dallas Parkway.

We have been asked by Rogers-O’Brien to forward to them a right-of-way breakout which we would use ultimately for maintenance bond valuation.  I assume they need it now for Public Inspection
Fee assessment.  Could you please take a look at the attached & let me know if it appears accurate?  My main concern is with the storm drainage.  Some Cities do not include any TXDOT
items as they are to be inspected by TXDOT.   Other Cities do require these items to be included in fee assessment & maintenance bonding for the City.  Also, the detention ponds do appear
to be in easements, but need to confirm whether they should be included in this breakout.  Please review soon as you have a chance & let me know if I should make any changes.
