I think the old counts would be fine as long as the projected volume includes the hospital as well.

Clay,

I am scoping the TIA for the MOB potion of the Methodist hospital site.  I need to know if the 2009 counts we did for the original Phase 1 TIA will be okay to use for this analysis.
 With Phase 1 not yet operational, I do not think new counts would gain us much insight.  Please let me know what you think.
