I talked to Walter and he filled me in on your conversation regarding the Addison Phase 2 Stormwater Inventory.  I have attached the proposal I prepared in July that outlines the proposed
cost to complete the inventory for 1-2 basins.  My original proposal is based on a budget of $30,000;  however as shown below and in Attachment B, we could complete the inventory for
some of the smaller basins if your available budget funds are smaller.

Also, Walter mentioned that you are going to be meeting with a GIS consultant tomorrow to discuss updating the Town’s Public Works GIS.  I have a decent amount of experience implementing
public works GIS systems, so please let me know if you have any questions.  I have training tomorrow, but I am happy to send one of the GIS analysts in our group to sit in on the meeting
if you want. Either way, please let me know if we can help out with your GIS implementation in any way.
