Is the "Addison East - Drains to Dallas" area on the attached graphic what you were planning for for Phase 2 (inventory mapping only)?  Do you mind if we begin to put our fee proposal
together for this?

I included the attached slide for the budget information for future remaining stormwater data inventory efforts.  I apologized for the delay and I should have this for you last week.
 This slide is generally the same as the one used in our presentation for the council meeting early this year.  Three (3) coverage areas were broken down per Mr. Ron Whitehead’s request
during one of our meetings.  The fees for each area are estimated with an assumption of actual no. of inlets increased like Phase 1 study.  Therefore, the fees may go down if actual
no. of inlets deceased with an hourly contract and it should not be higher than that.
