Clay:

 

Just wanted to give you an update on the field inventory thus far.  Our field guys have gone out 3 times and have found many inlets/manholes that weren’t originally in the GIS (which
is great!).  Here is a brief overview. 

 

6/7/2011 – Initial trip.  Sent two 2-man teams out together so our field manager could train the second team on how to run the mobile units.

41 assets inspected – 25 new structures

 

6/14/2011

81 assets inspected – 55 new structures

 

6/15/2011

110 assets inspected – 55 new structures

 

So it looks like the original GIS files are somewhat incomplete – just how we expected.  Any luck figuring out what the “box” and “number” fields reference in the attached plan list
excel spreadsheet?
