Attached are the comments for the EPA plat.  It appears that two of the comments have not been addressed.  They are as follows:

 

1.	Identify the limits of the detention area easement.
2.	Add a 20’ right-of-way corner clip at Westgrove Drive and Excel Parkway.

We are working on getting mylars and black lines to you for the abovementioned plat.  I have attached a PDF of it in its current form.  Prior to printing, I just wanted to check with
you to make sure everything looks OK.  One major concern I have is if we need to provide signature blocks for the Mayor and City Secretary.
