I think the attached drawing is a copy of the final approved plans. I don’t think the contractor installed the PVC pipe and slotted drain in the northeast corner. The plans do indicate
that the gutter down spouts are to drain to the south onto the concrete ramp. 

 

I’m including Clay in this email in case there was an approved field change.
