Dear Clay

We received the note on the submittals requesting that pipe white in
color be used for the PVC portion of the storm drain.  This has caused a
delay due to the fact white pipe is also used for force mains and is
pressure pipe.  We would like to use HDPE pipe such as Hancor which is
black in color and is strictly used for storm drainage.

If you would consider this we would provide the necessary submittal
information asap.
